		<description>Massage therapy is extremely beneficial for relieving stress.  I'm currently an attorney for a pretty big law firm and I feel like I'm always stressed out.  I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck - my doctor put me on muscle relaxers but warned me that they're addictive.  He recommended that I start seeing a massage therapist.  I did - and I feel so much better!  I've been going for about 6 weeks now and have noticeably less stress.</description>

		<description>Its always my favorite topic about stress and getting rid of it. So when I hear such indispensable ideas on how to fight stress, I am so into it and 100% agreeing to what the author of this article wrote about overcoming stress. Its nice to learn that we are capable of fighting stress. That it is posible that we can win in the fight t eliminate stress in our lives. 
Mr. Morales have written it quite clearly and understandably the possible ways to getting a more healthy living. 
This 6 ways are very powerful indeed notwithstanding the fact that they very easy to follow.</description>

But this only adds to the toxins in your body and does not attempt to deal with the underlying causes. A more effective tactic is to confront stress, and to tackle it positively. Reallocate your time so that more of it is devoted to enjoyable, relaxing activities and less to stress-inducing tasks. Take a short walk outside first thing in the morning, for example. Eat regularly, take your time over your meals, and keep in touch with your mind and body by joining a yoga class. Last but not least, use essential oils to help you- one of their main attributes is their ability to relieve stress.</description>
