In this age of multitude and diversified way to communicate (Web 2.0 era), there are just overwhelming ways on how people can actually start up friendships or make a unique way to communicate and network with people who share the same interest as yours. With the existence of the social networking sites on the net, the impossibility of tracking and tracing your relatives, your friends, and even people whom you have not met, is almost waning. With people’s ingenuity, they even thought of a way on how these social networking sites can be used to market and advertise their products and services. A better way of doing it can be done by following some these useful tips:
• With social networking sites, it is how many you know and not who you know to succeed in advertising your product and services. If you have a MySpace account, for example, you can actually invite numerous people to join and be part of your Myspace forum or blog. In this way, you have control over the topics you want to be discussed, thus enabling you to market your product very well.
• Generate more friends and acquaintances through your Myspace to ensure that you have a competent and secure follower. To do this, you just need to invite your friends and relatives to get connected with you and ask their friends to do the same.
• Make sure that your site or web logs on any social networking makes an impressive look both in design and in content. This will have a great pull on people who would be just interested to be networked with you. You may want to include some good pictures and graphics to entice people to take a look at your site.
To add the juice of this post, today I read an interesting article about Social Networking. Here Donna explains that Friendship Pockets Form Via Social Networks is an interesting topic for all to ponder when you are socializing. I would like to borrow few lines from Donna’s post here:
“If you don’t already know these friends well, make an effort to get to know them better. You obviously all share some common traits, and together you can grow each others’ businesses faster than you can alone. The tighter your friendship pockets become, the more strength they collectively have. Take a little time to develop these pockets further and your site will only benefit.”
Okay, that goes well with what Alvin and his friend has in mind. And this is what I am thinking too along this line. Alvin is Taking My Goals Into Action… ermmm…interesting huh! So what it is?
