Guys…I am smiling today not because I have reach my RM1,000,000 target for online business (not yet!) but my work have been recognized. For the past years I have been into online marketing, network marketing, blogging with an effort to have a financial freedom. Today is a new beginning for me. Hope you are well!  I am in the process of obtaining testimonials from my first line confirmed, active level 1 team members on my team.  My back office shows that you have sponsored 193 people, and you have 4 people who are confirmed, active level 1 team members.  Would you share with me how you accomplished that, and any words of wisdom or advice for those new members who are coming aboard?  I am planning on communicating more with my team, and would like to ask several people to contribute with some testimonials.

Also, let me know how your first line is doing, and if you have helped them toward their goals, what is happening in your group?  I would like to get a sense of where things stand at the moment.

I just want to start out by saying THANX to the RN CREW for wanting “my” input!

When I was told that my advertising methods were working, and they wanted me to share them with the rest of the team. At first, I thought about “hey, how do I advertise”? I then began thinking about how to present this information to you all. I began reading how other team members that were asked to present their techniques, what they had wrote.

After reading theirs, I noticed that some of their techniques were the opposite of mine, and how some liked one program over another for their advertising results. When in reality, there really is only 1 answer to this question, of “how do I get referrals”?

It doesn’t matter what program you use, experience in a program comes with trial and error. What works for this member, may not work for you and vice versa. I saw where one team member had no success in a program that has brought me…well the success for RN to ask me for my advice.

I first thought that I would throw a lot of the programs that I’m using in your face (MORE REFERRALS…LOL). Then I said, that’s not the way to go. To all RN Members: There really is only 1 way to get referrals

Look, there are no real secrets to marketing, its all HOGWASH!!! There is one secret… ADVERTISE

Most people join a program, maybe join a safelist (FOR FREE) which means that you will be able to send you ad out ONCE-A-WEEK. Now, truthfully, you and I both know that this DOES NOT WORK.

We all know that any program is built upon new folks joining. This is from advertising RN to Coca Cola advertising to millions, in hopes of latching on to a couple thousand NEW COCA COLA drinkers.

This is a numbers game, and if you are not ALWAYS advertising, you are NOT going to make any money.

You also have to UPGRADE in your programs that you are in….FREE doesn’t work. And that’s what happens to most people, they join a program, in hopes of making millions – HECK even the professionals don’t make millions. And they sit back and pray that their ONE FREE AD will draw in ONE REFERRAL that will make their downline explode…..IT AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN!

I am in so many ad programs/safelists/ffa’s – etc. that they are too many to put here. However, I’m going to list a few that I THINK ARE TOPS. Now again, you have to find your own way of getting your message out there. For some, these programs will get you over the top. For other’s you gotta keep working at it.

Now REMEMBER, if you join ANY PROGRAM that I am in….UPGRADE or DO NOT JOIN:
