Many people make transition from employee to entrepreneur every year. Most of them fail because they are not ready to change. It is on a different league when you are working and starting your own business. I have noticed several important point you have to consider before becoming an entrepreneur.

Nice list. I like to consider myself and Entrepreneur. I think the two things that make me successful are self motivation and time management. I think a lot of people fail because they just don’t do stuff. First, you have to have the balls to get out there and try. If you don’t try, there is no way to be successful. Then you have to have the heart to keep pushing yourself consistently when things don’t go well. And to be effective, you have to manage everything really well.

I have heard of the term “born leaders” so many times. But i think that leaders are made and NOT born. Certain born qualities may help a person stay ahead of the pack. But its definitely the process that makes a leader!

I also like what you said abt being open minded. Many times, i find it difficult myself to be open minded and letting people criticise my plans. Its a learning process for me and definitely good to hear from people like yourself, to drawn inspiration from .

A lot of people are wanabe entrepreneurs and ponder on the ideas that they have. You;ve brought up a very good point - to be focused is what we need. But to be honest, its also NOT an easy thing to do as entrepreneurs usually have a dozens of new ideas and strategies on their head.

I think the practical way is to pen down all your thoughts and then execute them on bit level. TO reach the top of a flight of stairs, we have to first take steps by steps…Writing down actionable items will go a long way!

I congratulate you sir. Every word makes complete sense and I agree with you absolutely.

Nobody is born with the skills to succeed in business. I really do like what you say.

It does not matter if you are the small man, or women tha has the simpliest position in life. As long as you believe. As long as you show commitment and determinaction, and as long as you follow the essential rules for making money online, you will succeed, and that is a fact!
