But why then am i seeing that some lower PR sites are topping the engines over the higher PR sites. I think that PR is only one small elements to the whole ranking game. But then again, of course its good to look at the little green bar increasing... Overall, i am trust this PR thingy. But it just confuses me as different people are saying differenting statements..Good to just reference the source who created PR in the first place! :) Very interesting post.

Page rank doesn't drive up search engine ranking of a page. Much more likely, it follows. Low ranking pages can show up well in the serps based on activity and growth.
