Guys, these are the qualities required if you dream to have your own business and be your own boss or some may put it be an entrepreneur. The real life entrepreneur should have aggressiveness, cold-blooded, calculative, luck, talent, skill, faith in God and hundred more qualities.
But is reality, not many people have those qualities. The reality is that if you have the desire to succeed and work persistently towards your business goal (and is preferred to take calculated risk); you are on the super highway to your goal, SUCCESS.
Research has shown that successful person, as well as self-made billionaires (like Bill Gates, Micheal Dell, Donald Trump, Robert Kuok) have three specific qualities that have made them successful:
a. Necessity - As human beings we need food, home and clothing but those people above have four: food, home, clothing and the BURNING DESIRE TO SUCCEED.
b. Believe - They have a super duper self belief. Their level of belief is like crossing a highway blind folded. Many people may say that they are “crazy” but they are not. They are successful.
c. Drive - They have the drive to take abundance of action persistently and they all read the story line ” . . .no empire is built through day dreaming”.
So guys, it is not talent, it is not born to be successful, it is not luck or the “break” that decide where you will be, but self-motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to succeed. These are the success traits - the personal qualities that fit a person for success.
So go for it. Search yourselves. To make your business a success, you are going to need a number of these qualities.
In summary look into yourselves with these qualities:
I want you to look into commitment which is really special. Commitment is a willingness to take consistent action even when results are not there and when times are really bad. In other words like my father used to tell me, “never, never, never give up!”
Please remember this, it is not about how hard you fall that matters but it is how fast you pick up from the fall and bounce back that matters. This is the juice if you want to taste Success.
No success comes along without commitment. If you are afraid of long stressful hours, hard work, financial risk and rejection, no business guru can show you the super highway to success.
For those of you who are still here, I have a good news for you. Stay tune and be here tomorrow as I will tell you “Do what you like best to become your own boss.”

This is the reason why I am late posting this post; just to motivates my desire.

1Good post.
We all need to be reminded that we don’t have to be perfect. We just have to want success badly enough to consistently work toward it.

2Great post, I think the drive part hits home for the me the most because I think that there is a great deal of discipline that is involved in running your own business and if the drive is not there, neither is the discipline.
Thank you,
JR
