Wow..what a week…I think more than a week I did not update this blog. Guys, I am busy with a Telekom Malaysia tender at the moment. Regarding automation and outsource that I highlighted in my last post are surely two important factors for you to consider or two factors to think if you are planning your business startup. Take a serious consideration how to employ a high percentage of automation. For instance, automate your customer database management, selling and servicing customers via the internet, employing paperless transaction, sending email newsletter rather than direct email, storing soft copy documents like in pdf files, and countless ways to automate your office!
Whereas outsourcing, you can outsource your sales division by engaging a marketing agency to sell your product or service, or outsource your office operations to a virtual office provider or to a business center. Outsource your website design is a good idea too. If you are into manufacturing business, you could outsource it to a contract manufacturer, and many other things that you could outsource to minimize your startup cost and on-going expenses.
I hope you get some idea now on how to minimize your startup cost on your route to be your own boss.
Note: When I said about automation, here is the proof why automation is great for your business especially an online business. Click here.

1Outsourcing is a great way to save time and save your sanity especially when the tasks become so overwhelming.

4Hi Rohazli,
Ahah! what a coincidence huh! So why not give yourself a try with blogging and do affiliate marketing so that same time next year, you will get your own clickbank cheque! It may not be one year but give yourself a target, say 3 months from today for your first cheque!
Go for it and just do it.
Success will not come to you but instead you have to go to it!
All the best.

5I can’t actually see the numbers on the Clickbank cheque - can you do a closer picture of the actual cheque itself? I’m fascinated about the earnings figure…

6Okay, next time I will take a bigger shot on future cheques.
